History of Reiki

The Reiki Art of Natural Healing was discovered at the turn of the century by Dr Mikao Usui. He believed the teachers such as Jesus and Buddha were in contact with a transcendent source of energy when they taught and performed healing.

He believed that this source is always present. His question was - how to make contact with it? To find an answer, Dr Usui went on a quest. He spent many years traveling, studying ancient texts from both Eastern and Western traditions. These years of study and prayer prepared him for a deep meditation in which he received the gift of healing.

Dr Usui shared his knowledge with others. His method of teaching and healing was passed from Master to teacher to student. This healing art is known as Usui Shiko Ryoho or The Usui System of Natural Healing.

Reiki

Reiki is a Japanese word which means Universal Energy. Reiki is a blend of cosmic energy (Rei) and the energy within us (Ki). Reiki is the energy of love and the natural healing energy power that works for the highest good of a person. It can not harm, it can only help. We all vibrate at different frequencies, but my goal is to get each individual soul vibrating at their highest frequency!

Reiki is a natural healing art and a spiritual discipline. Energy is transmitted through the hands, to others and operates on all levels of your being: physical, emotional, mental and spiritual. The Reiki recipient need not study, understand, or believe in its power. It always deliveries the highest good!

For a person in good health, Reiki offers a pleasant way to relax, to relieve stress and to increase energy and vitality. Reiki may be used to facilitate the healing of illness and help the individual return to a state of balance and wholeness. It can strengthen the immune system, eliminate toxins and release emotional blockages. As it works on all levels of our being, Reiki provides a powerful tool for growth and personal transformation.

Shamballa Muti-Dimensional Healing- Advanced Modality it is recommended the student is at least attuned to Level Two Usui to begin Shamballa but not required.

Shamballa MDH (Multi-Dimensional Healing) is an extension of Reiki, and is used for hands on healing, and long distance healing. It raises one's energy vibration, and helps a person to expand their consciousness.

Like Reiki, Shamballa is the energy of unconditional love. Shamballa healing aids you in awakening your multi-dimensional self. It is a way of facilitating wholeness, achieved by riding you of blockages and old emotional debris during a healing session. Shamballa Multi-dimensional Healing assists in reconnecting you to the full expression of your being, so that you can experience fulfillment in every aspect of your life. This energy connects you with your I AM presence and the collective consciousness of all the Ascended Masters. This frequency is highly-refined and extremely transformational.

An additional benefit of Shamballa is that it works with an energy called Mahatma. Mahatma energy helps you to physically hold higher vibrational energies. By bringing Shamballa into your life, you allow more healing energy to come into your life and the world. Shamballa energy is multidimensional in nature, so it is not only working on the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual levels, but also through to the deepest levels of cellular memory, DNA and to the highest vibrations of the energy body. The energy is channeled and travels where it needs to go in the body and the energy field. The Shamballa system uses 352 symbols for this connection. The energy will flow through the practitioners to the client and the practitioner will intuitively be lead to the areas of need in the client. There are no pre-determined hand positions like there are in Reiki. Because this energy is so powerful the healing can be achieved in 30 minutes instead of a traditional hour session.

How does Shamballa Healing work?

Shamballa healing treatment is much like a Reiki session, since the healer is channeling energy to the client. This session can be given with a gentle lying on of hands, or the practitioner can channel energy from a short distance from the body for the same results. A treatment can be performed on a patient while he/she is lying down, sitting or standing. The session is done fully clothed. The energy can flow through casts and some other braces that do not have metal in them. In a remote or absentee healing session the healing will be channeled to the client from any distance. As a result of the session the recipient’s body, mind and spirit can become more balanced and peaceful.
